Lots of stuff on this Hump Day

There’s quite a few things going on today, but I’ll just hit the high(or low)lights…

– Eric Bledsoe committed to play for the University of Kentucky today.  The high school senior from Alabama averaged a triple-double as a senior last year, and he was one of the most highly ranked point guard prospects in his class, ranked second only to John Wall by many recruiting analysts.

The addition of Bledsoe makes the Cats INSTANTLY better for next season, but it also creates a pretty crowded roster, and they aren’t finished yet!  Coach Cal is still after Wall, and many sources still believe he has a chance to land him.  These scholarship situations seem to have a way of working themselves out.  Let’s hope we have to figure out where to add Wall. 🙂

Here’s some of Bledsoe’s press conference.  He’s certainly a man of few words!

– In some sad news, Dom DeLuise passed away yesterday.  I know Cannonball Run may not be one of the top 100 films of all times, but man did I ever think it was hilarious back when I was younger.

So in honor of his passing, here’s a collection of outtakes from the movie…enjoy…
