Before you begin the process of rebuilding, all property owners must first call City Hall at (606)743-3330 and request a copy of requirements and procedures per the City of West Liberty Planning and Zoning Commission.

In addition, if you are planning to operate out of a temporary structure while your establishment/residence is being rebuilt, you must apply for a permit from the City of West Liberty. All fees have been waived.

The City of West Liberty Planning and Zoning Commission will meet every Monday at 10:00am at the Bank of the Mountains Index Branch until further notice. All meetings are open to the public. Thank you.
