I clicked here thinking this was on the topic of private property, the
concept of which is so eroded that “owners” of warrent deeds are
being lumped in and described as “stakeholders” by those pushing
for things like cubing cattle production and biospheres, heritage
watersheds and designated buffer zones of limited human activity.

No such thing as the alodial title private property of our forebearers
concept, fragments of language from those days are still used on deeds
modified just enuff to defect ownership.
